Marching band requires more of a physical demand than what you think. We want to make sure everyone in the group is in shape and ready for the physical demands of a marching band season. We are asking you to do your part to help with our success as a team by being active this summer!

For this challenge, we are giving you 4 different options of physical activity. Each of these options is worth a certain amount of points. If you don't know where to start, check out Marching Health's Back to Band 6 week work out.

Aerobic = 2 points per minute

Strength = 2 points per minute

Flexibility = 1 Point per minute

Marching Health Back to Band = 30 points

   ***must compete full exercise

Once you have finished a workout, fill out the Fitness form to earn points. Points will be calculated and the standings will be posted every Monday through the summer break. Since the sections are different sizes, we will average the points received per section.

Which section will come out on top?


Running, Biking, Swimming, Elliptical, Rowing, Jumping Rope, Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers...


Russian twists, sit-ups, crunches, push-ups, shoulder taps, planks, core/abs strengthening, burpees, jump squats, weight training, etc...


Stretching and Yoga.
