BELOW is the form for submitting donations to the OHS Band program. Your donation helps cover day to day operating costs for the band program which could include instrument repair fees and purchases, sheet music purchases, uniforms cleaning fees, and more!
ATTENTION: Because we are using PayPal to process your payments there is a fee assessed on every transaction. The amount you donate will be adjusted to reflect the fee charged for processing. This fee only applies to donations made online, not donations made by cash or check to the secure green box in the band room.
